One for My Bucket List

Today, I can scratch off of my bucket-list: Watching 2 movies back to back on the same day!
And it so happens that the 2 movies both premiered on the same day! Awesome or what!

The movies I chose were:-

Hunger Games & The Vow.

Hunger Games was such a great watch! I never expected it to have a romantic side to the movie. Simply put, it was AWESOME! I bawled my eyes out watching this movie too!!! Another special thing was that this movie premiered in Malaysia today 22.3.2012 and it premiers in America on 23.3.2012... so we get to see it first! A-W-E-SOME!

As for The Vow, well, it was kinda predictable and abit boring. I checked my Fb status twice (!) during that movie. Still, it was a tear jerker... (as expected) Most of the story-line was a 'Seen that, Done that' feeling. But the little tid-bit about this movie is that it's based on a TRUE STORY. Stay-on till the end for the one special picture that made this movie special :)

All in all, I've completed one of my Bucke-List thingies! Yay!

P.S the background music of Hunger Games was so moving... and captured the scenes emotions spot-on!

Twillight - Breaking Dawn Part 1

I finally got to watch this movie! (since it premiered on the 24th Nov)
Got a friend to go with to watch this on wednesday @ GSC Gurney Plaza.
Right after work.

And we didn't even book tickets but surprisingly managed to get good seats, like the last few ones...
Get this: 3rd row from the back! How awesome is that!
Deep down, i was thinking, that I was so meant to watch this :)

The movie as expected, was like the previous installments - only, I prefered the first two better!

I was abit confused with the whole story-line but yeah... Bella got her wish at the end...

*spoilers alert*

Her baby was so cute... and Robert Pat's character Edward was just too good to be true. The lines he had was just simply romantic and 'the perfect husband'!

Oh, a special mention on the soundtract for the wedding... loved the instrumental at the beginning of the wedding :)

the ending was a cliff-hanger, quite sudden and abit confusing... until my friend explained that Edward 'converted' her... hence Bella got her wish :)

now to finish part 2 and the story would be complete....

I'm still watching the show just for complete-ness' sake. Just thought that I'd watched the first two installments, may as well just finish it :)

Movie Night - Rango

Finally managed to watch Rango last night! huhuhu
As expected, Johnny Depp was super cool as Rango, the lizard.

Pretty realistic animation technology too! Loved the 4 singing ?owls.... haha

watched Beastly too!
