Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream @ Queensbay

 

For all you ice-cream lovers, Haagen-Dazs is currently having a Tea-time promotion. From 3pm-5pm, order a Brownie, One scoop of ice-cream and get any cup of coffee/tea for only RM23++

I went for this deal on a Wednesday 13.3.2013

 And I chose a cup of Caramel Latte with Caramel sauce! Delicious!!!

 Here's the Brownie and ice-cream. The flavour I wanted was Macademia nuts... (apparently, it's the only ice-cream flavour on their menu with nuts in it)

At first glance, the brownie was pretty dark... and I had my doubts... but once I tasted their brownie, boy was it Chocolate-ty GOOD!! It was moist, and chocolaty...and simply delicious!!! So good!!! and fresh!!
 

Delifrance @ Cheras Leisure Mall

Desserts are truely something to look forward to anytime of the day! Yes, including breakfast :)

I usually enjoy eating fruit with pastry. And what better way than to have it in a form of a fruit tart or puff pastry. So far, Delifrance has been offering great fruit pastries ever since I can remember.

 

They used to have 2 outlets in Penang - their first in Sunshine Square, and the other in Komtar. Both have since closed down due to poor business. I must admit the prices are quite something for just pastry.

So, I can only get Delifrance in KL. And that's exactly what I did! Got me some Delifrance fruit pastries... and to my surprice, they were going for Buy 1 One 1 Free!!

 

RM4.50 for both the tart & puff... AWESOME!!
 

October Birthdays!

October has been a special month to me. It's probably because of the fact that two very important people in my life have their birthdays in October! The other reason is probably because most of my friends' birthdays also fall in the month of October.

So, October babies, HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you!!

This year, to celebrate, we wanted something special. Not the usual cake, but ICE-CREAM CAKE.
Baskin Robins was the choice.

As you can see, the above cake has strawberry ice-cream with vanilla sponge cake. Super yum!

Godiva Chocolates ~ Luxury at my fingertips

I'm currently indulging in my most favourite thing ~ chocolate! This is especially tru with GODIVA chocolates!! super yum!

This is a picture of what I have left. There was actually another bar, which I couldn't wait to eat before these pictures (sorry!) The one that's not in the picture was the chocolate bar with raspberry-filling. THat bar was the best!

Godiva chocolates are so rich with cocoa what you can actually taste its richness. I'm really a sucker for everything cocolate... what can I say :)
